Qualifying for a mortgage is the first step
to homeownership.

Rental accommodation is available for persons who do
not qualify for a
mortgage,
but have a steady income.

Rent to own options are also available, whereby past
rental payments are
applied as a
deposit payment toward the purchase price and further
rental income converted into mortgage
payments.
