Existing applicants in the HAFS database have been assigned a UNIQUE USERNAME and PASSWORD.

To obtain your Username and Password:

• Proceed to the Customer Service Department with proper identification (photo ID) and request your Username and Password.
• You will be given an Access Card detailing your username and standard password.

No username and password will be given via the telephone.  The Customer Service Department must physically verify the identity of the person to whom the account has been assigned.
