List of Applicants Selected To Continue To the Next Phase in the Allocation Process

The following is the list of applicants who will be advancing onto the next phase of the allocation process. These applicants were selected via a random draw using a Modified Weighted System.

It is important to note that this listing does NOT represent automatic qualification for a residential lot. The next phase of the Allocation Process involves:

1. Verification of the information provided on the submitted applications
2. Conducting title searches to determine the applicant’s property ownership status
3. Assessing the applicant’s ability to access a mortgage based on age, income and debt ratio

Applicants will be contacted and advised of the next steps in the process.

 We empathise with those whose applications were not selected in this cycle and wish to advise that they can re-apply for future cycles once they have been advertised in the traditional media and on the Ministry’s website and social media platforms.
