Minister Mitchell’s Speech – Mt Hope Sod Turning PPP
On November 03, the Honourable Dr Keith Rowley, Honourable Randall Mitchell, Minister of Housing and Urban Development, the Honourable Terrence Deyalsingh, MP for St. Joseph, Mr. Anthony Roberts, Chairman of the San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporation and Mr. Newman George, HDC Chairman, turned the sod for the Mahogany Court Housing Development in Mt Hope. This is the first Public Private Partnership Project to be administered by this administration.
